Prohibited Activities

• Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech of any kind
• Impersonation or false representation
• Sharing confidential business information without permission
• Spamming, phishing, or unsolicited commercial messages
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or copying platform content
• Any illegal activities or violations of applicable laws

4. Co-founder Relationships & Due Diligence

MyMatch.space facilitates connections but does not guarantee successful partnerships:

• You are solely responsible for vetting potential co-founders
• We recommend conducting thorough due diligence before formalizing partnerships
• All business agreements should be documented in writing
• We are not party to any agreements between users

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and share on our platform. By posting content, you grant MyMatch.space a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform.

Platform Content

All platform design, text, graphics, logos, and software are owned by MyMatch.space and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute platform content without explicit permission.

6. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

When discussing business ideas with potential co-founders:

• Clearly mark confidential information as such
• Consider using formal non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)
• Be cautious when sharing proprietary business concepts
• Respect the confidentiality of others' business ideas

7. Account Termination

User-Initiated Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, we will remove your personal data according to our Privacy Policy.

Platform-Initiated Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Engage in fraudulent or malicious activities
• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
• Threaten the security or integrity of our platform

8. Limitation of Liability

MyMatch.space is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any damages resulting from co-founder relationships
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-provided information
• We are not responsible for business disputes between users
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
